Certain features of Enabled UXR require payment. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Enabled UXR. The research deliverables you generate using our service are yours to use as you see fit, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enabled UXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
